20 years ago we started as one small fish store in Melbourne, we realised that fresh quality Japanese food was only available in the rare and expensive restaurants. With the ambition to make restaurant quality Japanese food more accessible Sushi Sushi was born and has grown to over 130 stores. Now we are bringing the same quality and affordability of sushi to New Zealand. Hand Rolls are our main obsession, we take pride in using Gold grade Nori, and the vinegar we use in our Koshihikari rice gives it it's delicious taste. And of course we only fill our hand rolls with the freshest ingredients. Complete with a Create Your Own Hand Roll station where customers can be the creators of their very own hand roll, there will be over 30 ingredients to choose from and our artisans will craft the hand roll right in front of your eyes, including hot ingredients.
