Wheelchairs and Mobility Equipment

We have wheelchairs, electric scooters, walkers and a caroline shopping trolley for customers to use, all for no charge while visiting the centre. Visit our Customer Service Desk to collect.

Support Animals

We welcome certified guide and assistance dogs. Certification is required from an approved organisation such as Assistance Dogs, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People NZ or the New Zealand Blind Foundation.

Accessible Bathrooms and Parents Rooms

You will find accessible bathrooms and parents rooms near the food court and another set next to the Centre Management office. There is a third accessible bathroom down the corridor next to VIVO.

What are Botany's Trading hours?

Our standard trading hours are as follows. Please note that these vary on public holidays and at Christmas.

Monday - Wednesday: 9am-6pm
Thursday - Friday: 9am-9pm
Sunday: 10am-6pm

Is there any charge for Parking?

No. We have a 4hr parking limit (and some 90min zones). Our parking is monitored and parking limits are enforced. If you think you will be visiting us for more than 4 hours, visit our Customer Service desk near Farmers to extend your stay. Our team will log your car registration details and you'll be back on your way.

What are Hoyts' trading hours?

Hoyts cinemas are open from 9am - 10pm every day

Which stores accept Botany gift cards?

All Botany Town Centre stores accept Botany gift cards, including food court, cafes and restaurants.

What are New Worlds trading hours?

New World are open from 7am - 10pm every day

Why do Botany gift cards have a $1.50 fee?

The issuance fees vouchers the cost of the card and equipment as well as the flexibility to use the card at any of our stores.

Do you have a Justice of the peace service?

Justice of the Peace visits the Botany Library during the following hours:

Monday: 12pm - 1.30pm
Wednesday: 12noon - 1.30pm
Thursday: 6pm - 7.30pm
Saturday: 10am - 11.30am

Where is the food court?

The food court is located by Town Square, near the fountain

Where is the Library?

Botany Library is located above the food court on level 1, down the corridor from Hoyts.

Do you have Taxi stands?

Yes, one outside Botany Commons and one outside TSB.

Do you have pay phones?

Yes, one outside Ray White

Botany Town Centre is managed by Dexus

Where are the commercial offices located?

The commercial offices are located on Level 1 of the Fashion Pavilions and The Lane. Please refer to our centre map or printed centre directories for more details.

Where are your banks located?

Our banks are located along Parkway Drive within the centre, starting from Westpac (near Hallensteins) up to TSB by New World.

Where is Customer Service?

The Customer Service desk is located by the escalator between H&M and Farmers

Is Pack n Save and The Warehouse part of Botany Town Centre?

No. Pak n Save and The Warehouse are not part of Botany Town Centre.
