If you think you've lost or left something behind, please contact our Customer Service Team who may be able to help.

We have wheelchairs, electric scooters, walkers and a caroline shopping trolley for customers to use, all for no charge while visiting the centre. Visit our Customer Service Desk to collect.

We welcome certified guide and assistance dogs. Certification is required from an approved organisation such as Assistance Dogs, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People NZ or the New Zealand Blind Foundation.

You will find accessible bathrooms and parents rooms near the food court and another set next to the Centre Management office. There is a third accessible bathroom down the corridor next to VIVO.
