Accessibility

We welcome certified guide and assistance dogs. Certification is required from an approved organisation such as Assistance Dogs, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People NZ or the New Zealand Blind Foundation.

We have wheelchairs and walkers for customers to use for no charge while visiting the centre. Visit our Customer Service Desk to collect.

You will find accessible bathrooms and parents rooms near the food court and another set next to the Centre Management office. There is a third accessible bathroom down the corridor next to VIVO.

You will find dedicated mobility parking near all of the centre entrances for vehicles displaying a valid mobility permit.

You will find dedicated parent parking in all centre parking areas. These spaces are available for those requiring easy access with parking, especially those with young children and prams.
