Fresh salmon arrives daily from the Marlborough Sounds and is carefully skinned and boned on-site.
We use California short grain rice, freshly cooked for perfect texture and flavour.
Our Teriyaki Chicken is delivered fresh each day, marinated and cooked in-store.
Cucumbers, avocados, and other vegetables are sliced daily to ensure maximum freshness.
