About

Need help? Come and see us at the Botany Citizens Advice Bureau.  We provide free, confidential, independent information and advice to anyone. We help people know what their rights are and how to access services they need. If you need us to speak to someone on your behalf, we can do that too.

We will answer your questions at our branch which is located next to Botany Crime Watch at the rear entrance to the Food Court.

We provide professional help and information on a wide range of issues including the following:

  • Community events and services,
  • Consumer rights,
  • Housing and tenancy issues,
  • Employment matters,
  • Health, family and relationship issues,
  • Legal issues and information to do with government departments finding a JP,
  • Immigration matters, and
  • Financial, tax and income support information.

Language support can often be found, so you can speak to someone in your first language about what help you need.

We can also access free counselling clinics for individuals and legal clinics (by appointment) at our Pakuranga branch, phone (09) 576 8331.

** Please note that we no longer host Justice of the Peace clinics.
