Join us for a fun and exciting, basic, easy to practice Yoga class. Build strength, clear the mind and invigorate the spirit. Yoga poses are known to have beneficial outcomes for our mind, body and spirit. Through them, we inherit increased flexibility and strength, improved coordination and balance, as well as improved endurance while maintaining harmony through gentle movements that instil awareness and mindfulness. No booking required. Please wear comfortable loose clothing. If you have a yoga mat please feel free to bring it, otherwise, there will be some available to use. Everyone is welcome.
