We're Open

We’re so proud of our community and excited to see you!

During Alert Level 2 we're doing our bit to help us all play it safe. Your wellbeing is our priority and we are taking steps to ensure your visit is a safe and welcoming experience.

We are open our standard hours, including late nights. However, individual store hours may vary. We are doing our best to keep our website up to date, but if you’re visiting a specific store, we recommend you call or visit their website or social channels beforehand. You can also contact our Customer Service Team on 09 272 3888 who will be more than happy to assist.

Botany Town Centre is closely monitoring and continues to support the measures put in place across New Zealand to help manage the impacts of COVID-19. We’re proud of our community and the wider New Zealand team of 5 million for everyone’s efforts to date. Our focus continues to be ensuring a safe environment for our customers, our community and those who work within our centre.

When visiting Botany Town Centre, we ask that you assist us in keeping our spaces safe for everyone by:
  • Staying within your bubble, being safe and keeping a 2m distance from others
  • Avoid touching surfaces you dont need to touch
  • Coughing or sneezing into your elbow
  • Practicing good hygiene, washing your hands regularly and using hand sanitiser
  • Being kind, patient and taking care of one another
  • Scan the NZ Covid Tracer QR codes on entering the centre and stores to help prevent the spread of Covid-19
  • If you are feeling unwell - stay home, get advice and get better, please do not visit our centre.
We're focusing on cleaning and hygiene services and we've also increased signage and security to do what we can to ensure social distancing and other government measures continue to be observed by everyone. We will continue to monitor the situation and respond immediately if required.

We remain diligent in our cleaning processes and hygiene practices. We have placed an additional cleaning focus on key areas such as hard surfaces, food courts and bathrooms and have facilities in place to support our customers and retailers to practice good hygiene, such as increased hand sanitisers placed throughout the centre. We’re following the government guidelines and you’ll see an increased amount of signage throughout the centre to remind you of good hygiene practices.

While we are operating under Alert Level 2, we will be monitoring the number of people in centre using door counters, car parking numbers and visual checks. If social distancing is unable to be adhered to or the centre nears capacity, the entrances may need to be closed and a queuing system put in place for customers to access the centre.

You will see signage throughout the centre to remind you to practice social distancing at all times. Some of our stores may also limit the number of customers in-store at any time to meet social distancing requirements. If you are required to queue outside a store, we ask that you queue at a 2m distance and parallel to the store front, or as signage indicates to keep the common centre space as clear as possible.

For your safety, our play areas are closed until further notice. We have also significantly reduced seating in our comfort zones throughout the centre. Please keep to your bubble and adhere to social distancing of 2m if using comfort seating.

When visiting our food court, we ask that you:
  • Stay seated in your bubble while eating and practice social distancing
  • If you are queuing to order, practice social distancing of 2m
  • Choose takeaway if this is an option
  • Please don’t move tables and chairs, these have been placed for social distancing measures.
  • Please leave your waste on the table, the centre cleaning team will dispose of it

Our Customer Service and Centre Management Team are here to help with any queries you may have. We’ve installed a safety screen at our customer service desk and reduced our staff numbers to ensure social distancing. We ask that you please use the queuing system and be patient.
Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Desk using EFTPOS or you can purchase online and collect or have it sent directly to you.

Thank you for helping us to keep our spaces safe for everyone.
