Tell us a bit about your store:
Timmermans is a family owned business, operating in East Auckland for over 50 years. We have been in Botany Town Centre for the last 19 years. Here, you will find our exclusive jewellery and international watch brands, or Stephen can design you that special piece; from engagement rings, earrings, pendants or a family heirloom to be passed down to the next generation.

What is the main reason people visit your store?
Shopping for engagement and wedding rings, gifts for friends or family, jewellery valuations and viewing and purchasing from our extensive selection of international watch brands.



What is the most popular/trending jewellery item at the moment?
For the Men, it's the latest Tag Heuer Connected Golf Edition Smartwatch. We are the only store in New Zealand to stock these. For the Ladies, anything with a little sparkle in it.



What is the most unusual or funny request you've had from a customer?
We get many interesting requests from our customers. Some requests are particularly sad and pull on the heart strings. It is always an honour and a challenge to ensure we meet our customers expectations in these circumstances, in particular the sentimental pieces.  

What is the best part of your job?
Hearing about the meaningful stories that come with peoples jewellery, makes it such a personal experience.
