“What a Ride!” Competition: Terms & Conditions
By completing the “What a Ride!” entry form (“Entry Form”) you have entered into the draw to win one of fourteen Rainbow’s End Family Super Passes and are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. This competition is only valid at Botany Town Centre, East Tamaki,
Entry into this “What a Ride!” competition (“Promotion”) is open to all persons except employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the Centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the Centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this Promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
To enter the Promotion customers must spend at least $10 in one transaction at any store at Botany Town Centre and complete the Entry Form during the promotional period. The promotional period starts at 9.00am on Monday 13th April 2009 and ends at 5.30pm on Sunday 26th April 2009.
There are only fourteen (14) Rainbow’s End Family Super Passes for 2 (two) adults and 3 (three) children to spend 1 (one) day at Rainbow’s End, which includes entry in to the theme park and all-day unlimited rides, which shall be presented to the person whose Entry Form is the first correctly completed form drawn 1 (one) per day during 13th April and 26th April 2009, subject to the “What a Ride!” Terms and Conditions. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter under supervision daily between 13th April and 26th April 2009 and the Promoter will notify the “winner” (the “Claimant”) in writing or by telephone immediately after the draw has been completed.

Prize Value: The full value of the prize is NZ$175.00 per Rainbow’s End Family Super Pass.
The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, limit one ticket per person, not available for special events.

The prize is valid for 2 Adults (14 years and over) and 3 Children (2 – 13 years). Additional people are welcome but will be charged at full Superpass rates being $44.00NZD per adult or $34.00NZD per child
Spending money, drinks, tours, tips, video games, sideshows, food and drinks are not included.
Acceptance of the prize, means the Claimant and the Claimant’s party must adhere to Rainbow’s End rules for the Theme Park, which are available to view on www.rainbowsend.co.nz
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the “What a Ride!” prize or award a substitute prize of the same or similar value if the “What a Ride!” prize is not available for any reason.
Where you have provided an email address on the Entry Form, you agree that your Entry Form and your entry into the Promotion constitutes express consent for you to receive commercial electronic messages (emails) from the Promoter and/or Rainbow’s End sending promotional and other marketing material to the email address provided. By providing your email address you are also confirming to the Promoter and/or Rainbow’s End that you are the owner or user of that email address.
The winners of the “What a Ride!” prize package (the “Claimant”) hereby consents to the Promoter holding, using and disclosing information about the Claimant, including the Claimant’s name and address, for research, marketing and promotional purposes of the Promoter and its related companies, without compensation. In particular the Claimant hereby agrees to allow the Promoter to take and publish promotional photographs and material about the Claimant for the purpose of promoting Botany Town Centre and the Promoter’s business (including other Centres managed by the Promoter). The Promoter will hold the information securely. The Claimant has the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access the information held by the Promoter and request correction of any errors.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries which are incorrect, incomplete or otherwise invalid may be rejected by the Promoter. An Entry Form is invalid if illegible, forged, and incomplete or is a copy of the official Entry Form.
Proof of identity will be required from the Claimant when claiming the “What a Ride!” prize package.
If the Claimant is under the age of 18, the ‘What a Ride!’” prize package will be awarded to the Claimant’s parent or guardian.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the ‘What a Ride!” prize package except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect any rights you may have under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
The Promoter is not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost or stolen ‘What a Ride!’ prize package once claimed by the Claimant.
