Botany Town Centre is located approximately 19 kilometres from the Auckland CBD, situated on the corner of Te Irirangi and Ti Rakau Drives in South East Auckland. Botany Town Centre is easily accessible via car or bus, and is a short 20-30 minute drive from Auckland International Airport. There are regular bus services to the Centre including the number 68 bus from the Britomart Station in downtown Auckland.

Botany Town Centre has 2,400 car spaces, 135 of which are under cover and easily accessible from the Chapel Road entrance to the Town Centre.

For parents/guardians with pushchairs, wider parking spaces are available outside the Conservatory, outside Lollipops Educare, and outside ANZ Bank.

Express parking for those quick shopping visits can be found on Town Centre Drive (10 minute parking), or outside both the National and ANZ Banks (5 minute parking).

Disabled parking can be found on the Farmers rooftop carpark, outside the Conservatory entrance, and outside the following businesses: Lollipops Educare, Dick Smith Electronics, Hill & Stewart, Ray White Real Estate, ANZ Bank and National Bank.

All car parking is free at Botany Town Centre.

Car Parking Operating Hours

1. Go onto the Southern Motorway
2. Exit at the Southern Eastern Highway (Exit 437)
3. Highway will flow onto the Pakuranga Highway. Stay in right hand lane.
4. Once you travel over the Pakuranga/Waipuna Bridge, make sure you are in the right hand lane.
5. At the lights (intersection of Pakuranga Highway, Reeves Road and Ti Rakau Drive), turn right onto Ti Rakau Drive.
6. Stay in the left hand lane. Travel along Ti Rakau Drive for 6km.
7. Drive passed Harris Road, Bunning’s Warehouse, Gull Service Station.
8. Get into left hand lane
9. At intersection of Ti Rakau, Te Irirangi and Botany Road turn right onto Te Irirangi Drive (when you are at the intersection you will see Paradise Ice Skating ring on left hand side, Countdown on the right hand side and Pack n Save on the upper right hand side).
10. When you turn onto Te Irirangi Drive, turn left at the next set of lights. This will take you into Botany Town Centre.

From:  Auckland City (Southern Motorway heading South - Highbrook Exit)
To:       Botany Town Centre

1. Go onto the Southern Motorway heading South
2. Turn off the Southern Motorway at Highbrook
3. Head north on Highbrook Drive which turns slightly right and becomes Allens Road
4. Continue along Allens Road which then becomes Smales Road
5. Continue along Smales Road and then turn left onto Te Irirangi Drive
6. Travel along Te Irirangi Drive for approximately 1.3km
7. At ithe ntersection of Te Irirangi Drive and South Park Way, turn right into South Park Way. This will take you into Botany Town Centre.
    

1. Go onto the Southern Motorway heading north
2. Turn off the Southern Motorway at Manukau (exit 448)
3. Turn right onto Great North Road
4. At the next set of main lights(Rainbow End on left hand side) turn right on to Redoubt Road
   Turn left at second set of traffic lights, onto Hollyford Drive
5. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Te Irirangi Drive
6. Travel along Te Irirangi Drive for approximately 3km, you will drive past Mitre 10 Mega on your left and Santa Maria College on your right.
7. At intersection of Te Irirangi Drive and South Park Way, turn right into South Park Way. This will take you into Botany Town Centre.
