Welcome to Botany Town Centre! There are a range of services designed to enhance your shopping experience at Botany Town Centre. The Customer Service Team at our Visitors Centre are happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to the centre, and can be contacted during the centre's trading hours on phone: 09 272 3888. The Visitors Centre is located outside Farmers in The Conservatory.

Monday to Wednesday, Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Thursday and Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays 10.00am - 5.30pm
Gift Vouchers
Stuck for a gift idea? (...a Christmas, Birthday or Wedding present...) Why not purchase a Botany Town Centre Gift Certificate.
Gift vouchers can be purchased 7 days a week from the Visitors Centre located in The Conservatory.
Gift Vouchers are redeemable at all Botany Town Centre stores and are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Available in denominations of $10, $15 $20 $25, $30, $35 and $50. Please note that the gift vouchers are not accepted at Pak n Save, Danske Mobler and The Warehouse.

Location: In the customer amenities area, located in the hallway between Fountain Lane South and Garden Lane and at the rear of Food Express (the Food Court).
Including: Change stations, microwaves, private feeding bays, toilets, and play pens

ShopMobility
ShopMobility is an innovative program designed to assist customers with limited mobility, including those with temporary and permanent disabilities, and the aged.
Location: Visitors Centre, located in The Conservatory
Services Include :
Motorised scooters
Manual wheelchairs and walkers
Disabled toilets are located in the following areas:
1 in the upper level customer amenities area, located in the hallway next to Whitcoulls
2 in amenities area, located in the hallway between Fountain Lane North & the Pavilions
2 in amenities area, located in the hallway between Garden Lane & Fountain Lane South
2 in amenities area by The Baby Factory

Parking
Town Centre has 2,400 car spaces, 135 of which are under cover beneath the Berkeley Cinema building and easily accessible from the Chapel Road entrance to the Town Centre.
For parents/guardians with pushchairs, wider parking spaces are available opposite Ray White and outside ANZ Bank.
Express parking for those quick shopping visits can be found on Town Centre Drive (10 minute parking), or outside both the National and ANZ Banks (5 minute parking).
Disabled parking can be found outside the Conservatory entrance, the Farmers rooftop carpark, and outside the following businesses: Dick Smith Electronics, Hill & Stewart, Ray White Real Estate, ANZ Bank and National Bank.
Best parking for Farmers:
1. On the Farmers roof- top car park accessible from Chapel Road.
2. Car park in front of The Conservatory, Nandos and ASB Bank - accessible from Te Irirangi Drive or Chapel Road.
Best Parking for New World:
1. Kiwi car park opposite Ray White and accessible from either Te Irirangi Drive or Chapel Road.
2. Tuatara car park opposite The National Bank and Flight Centre, accessible from both Te Irirangi Drive entrances.
Best parking for Berkeley Cinema:
1. Farmers roof-top car park accessible from Chapel Road.
2. Beneath the Berkeley Cinema building, accessible from Chapel Road.
3. Cock and Bull Pub car park, accessible from Chapel Road or Te Irirangi Drive.
All carparking is free at Botany Town Centre.
